Privacy
Agence Smile (Tamam eSIM) looks after your data. We keep only what we need to send your eSIM and help you: your email or phone number, your name if you give it, and what you bought.
Who handles it for us
Vercel (the website), Neon (our database, in the EU), Stripe (card payments), Resend (emails), and the company that makes the eSIM. Nobody else, and we never sell it.
Cookies
Only three, and no tracking: one keeps travel agencies signed in, one remembers a friend’s discount link for 30 days, and one remembers your language.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data: email hello@tamamesim.com or WhatsApp +213 555 00 00 00. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
These pages exist in English, French and Arabic. The French version is the one that applies.
